Find the Free Trial Hub
Open the app on your phone. Go to your Profile tab, scroll down to More Services, tap Other Services, and select Free Trial Center to see what is open.

Pick Your 3 Weekly Items
You can request up to 3 products every 7 days. Choose an item you like, select your regular size, and check your address before hitting send.

Check Selection Results
The review period usually takes 1 week. Look under “My Free Trial”. If it shows “Approved”, your item will be shipped. If it says “Not Approved”, the sample went to another applicant.

Post Your Review and Clear Photos
When your parcel arrives, try it on and inspect the quality. Write an honest review and upload clear photos (1 wearing the item and 2 close-ups of details). Submit it within 10 days under “My Report”.

Earn Bonus Reward Points
Go to My Report to check review approval. A standard review gives you 20 bonus points. If your post is marked as a “Quality Report”, you get 100 extra points.

Fix Your Review If Rejected
If your review shows Rejected, don’t worry: you have 1 second chance to fix it. Open the report, press Resubmit, write extra details, upload brighter photos, and send it back.
